The following list contains words that represent Values. Read through the list, write down the top five that “speak” to your heart. Add any words that are significant for you that are not on this list. You can group values as long as they are in the same vein. For instance you might choose Freedom/Self Expression/Creativity together but not Freedom/Self Expression/Honesty.

Once you have your top five, rank them in order of priority. These are who you are today (and probably have been all your life). Not who you want to be or who you should be, or who others want to you be. They are your essence. You cannot live the life you were meant to live without aligning with your Core Values. Your Core Values can also guide to you find or understand your soul purpose in life. Post these five values in highly visible places where you spend most of your time. They are who you are…they are the most important path to your right life.
