I'm an Empath and a Free Spirit....what's that mean? I know things. Important things. Things that I call the Big Truth. I listen with my heart and go deep within my soul for my guidance.

I'm sharing my thoughts and insights with you. I am also embarking on the most wonderful of journeys - I all it my Vision Quest - and I lovingly call it the Tao of Zan. I speak of things that matter to the collective soul. My Shamanic name is "Light of Truth". It's my job to seek truth. As I travel the Pacific Northwest this year, I will share all of my thoughts (yes, even the dark ones) in hopes to light a fire in your soul to do the same thing.
I wholeheartedly believe that we hold within ourselves the answers we are seeking. Always.
My aim with this website is to talk about ways to do this - to share my own journey on Notes From a Wild Heart. and offer ideas and insights for your own Spiritual Journey.
I practice shamanic journeying daily and find great answers from my spirit guides. The teacher in me wants to show others how to journey, the healer in me wants to journey on their behalf and the empath in me wants to be a spiritual channel for others until they have developed their own abilities.
