I Keep Showing Up

The One Thing I Know Really Well Is How to Keep Showing Up

I’m rarely all sparkly and upbeat. Seriously who is? I struggle with day to day crap every damn day. The one thing that sets me apart though is that I don’t hang on to my crap. I let go, I reuse, I fly by the seat of my pants, inspired and in Spirit, and . . . I keep showing up. I’m like that inflatable clown that you give a resounding wallop to, and it flops to the ground, but it keeps popping right back up. That’s me . . .

I keep showing up

I know that Spirit will guide me if I just quiet my mind enough to listen, but on many days, I’ve got a convention going on in there.
It’s loud and demanding in that constantly-thinking logical brain of mine. I know that the only thing standing in my way is me. I am my biggest asset and my own worst enemy.

But in spite of it all, I keep showing up. I work with Spirit - In Spirit - every damn day. If my higher powers were capable of judging me (and thankfully that is not how they operate), they would be palm-to-face over my antics more often than not. But still,

I keep showing up.

I rail, I scream, I rant, I cuss….then I let it go and I keep showing up. I love anyone who keeps showing up too. We are kindred spirits because of our struggles and challenges. I love the rawness, the realness of living life imperfectly. I love the questions and the magical 'ah ha' moments. I love my challenges for the opportunities they bring me.

I am not a guru nor am I all soft and fuzzy…. and I’ve got tons of experience in getting knocked down. And the one thing I know well is how to get back up. If this sounds a bit like you, won’t you please join me? The world needs more of us.

I will share everything I’ve got because I know how hard it is to keep showing up if you’re walking through this life feeling all alone. We will walk shoulder to shoulder with you as we navigate our paths. We can be soul companions; to help each other when we stumble because we know that the only thing that matters is that we keep showing up.

If you’d like to get encouragement, or a high five and even a hand up from me from time to time, join my mailing list. You will never miss a goodie, or a tip, and you might even get a special bonus now and then. Let’s see what amazing things Spirit has in store for us.

Let’s keep showing up together, shall we?

Spirit talks, are you listening?
