Is it time to get serious about RADICAL SELF CARE SEPTEMBER? Yes. Start the 10-a-Day-System:Each day for the rest of this month find 10 things to let go of. You can trash 'em or donate 'em, but they need to leave your space each day. This will be very easy in the beginning. Look around, there's probably a pile of junk mail and catalogs somewhere. Don't forget to count the receipts from the grocery store....Keep looking. Just 10 a day. That's it.
While you're at it, have you signed up for the Newsletter yet? That's a good thing to bring into your life. It's right HERE.
After a week or so it will get much harder, you'll probably have to make some tough choices. When that happens, follow this rule: Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful. That might take some time to determine. Close your eyes and let your Inner Source tell you. If your knowing says get rid of it, but for some reason you are still attached to it, move on to the next thing. Do nothing that feels wrong. When the time is right, you'll know what to do.
Ready for some freedom? 10 a day. Easy, right?
As a special gift everyone that signs up for the Newsletter this month, I will be sending you a beautiful eBook based on all September Self Care posts, plus much, much more. As we start our "Radical Self Care" month, keep in mind that I will be asking you to organize, prioritize, and let go of a lot of stuff in all areas of your life so that you can become an open channel for your intuition to speak to you.
Some days it will be easy and other days not so easy, but as you let go of what no longer serves you, you automatically make room for your highest good - and you will be ready to co-create with Spirit as you gain clarity and direction. I'm excited....Do it NOW. Sign up. It's so easy, just go HERE, enter your first name and email address, then check your inbox for an email asking you to verify your subscription. Easy Peasy....See you tomorrow.
SPIRIT IS ALWAYS TALKING TO YOU, ARE YOU LISTENING?
Drama is everywhere if we look for it. Just because you're invited to the theater, doesn't mean you have to attend. Meditation is one of the most effective ways I have found to remove myself from the drama and chaos around me. Sometimes it's only 7 minutes a day, but those 7 minutes are pure bliss.
